“If you give a man a fish you feed him for a day, teach him to fish and you feed him for a lifetime. Teach him to ride a bicycle however, and he will realise that fishing is both stupid and boring” - Desmond Tutu

Whether you are looking for some advice, some motivation or a structured one-on-one training plan, get in touch with one of the experienced triathletes on our coaching roster and start making your triathlon goals a reality.

Chris Cassey

NCCP Triathlon Coach

Chris Cassey completed Ironman Mont Tremblant in 2018 and has many half iron distance races under her belt. She was an age group athlete for Canada in Aquathlon (ya say that 5 times fast-and who knew it was a thing!?) at Worlds 2019 in Spain.  She firmly believes that you too can do an Ironman, or whatever other distance you desire, and you don’t have to sacrifice everything to do it. Her goal is to inspire others to reach for their triathlon dreams.
NB:  She also believes she can hold her own against Stuart in post race fueling and funnies.

Laurence Hanly

NCCP Coach

Laurence has been doing triathlons for 10 years, coaching for the last 3 and is currently training for the 2021 Canada Man. If you mention to Laurence that you are considering your first triathlon or even that you are vaguely interested in doing one, expect a lot of questions! Laurence's approach to triathlon is firstly, that it has to be fun and secondly, that improving overall performance is not always about going faster but rather about not slowing down. He can be reached via the contact us page on this website.
